Dry Gypsy Cocktail Co. was born out of a passion for craft cocktails and a desire to make a positive impact on the world. Jess, an expert in craft cocktails, noticed the amount of time and labor that went into preparing fresh fruit garnishes for drinks. She also saw the waste that came from using fresh fruit that often went unused and spoiled quickly. That's when she had the idea to create dehydrated fruit garnishes that could save time, reduce waste, and still provide the same delicious flavor and presentation.

With the support of the owners of the restaurant she worked at, Jess started her business in 2021. Her wife, Andrea, a brilliant artist and painter, was dedicated to seeing Jess live out her dreams and put her own dreams on hold to support this venture. Together, they founded Dry Gypsy Cocktail Co. as a female owned.

Not only do they provide a solution for the time and waste problems in the cocktail industry, but they also have a strong desire to give back to their community. They plan to donate fresh fruit to local shelters, food banks, and safe havens, making sure that those in need have access to fresh and healthy produce.
